Well i need some details about Open offer, thougth some seniors from raderji may help
how and who can partisipate ina stock oppen offer?
Will there be any rristriction for small investors who have 100 or less shares of a company?
i read it that the aquirer will send the offer latter to those only who are listed owners of the comapny on the date shedule date. and if some one who bougth the share's of the company and he wants to participate in open offer he needs to wrigth SEBI then only he can purticipate.
In net shell will some one please explain the whole process from begining
to the end.
