need online broker? please help

Dear All,

I need online broker with following features/specifications.

1. They should give intraday charts, and historical charts. Both should be with in the software.

2. Orders should be placed/executed as soon as markets open and after 3.15 PM.(this is not possible in kotak and sharekhan)

3.Very good customer service and able to answer queries, ready to take call. (Kotak is very worst and sharekhan is going to be worst in near future)

4.Brokerage: Intraday and F& O:0.04%(One side) and delivery:0.30%

5.They should allow short sell, and BTST facility.

6.Exposure limit 4 times on margin money.

kindly advice me who is giving these kind of services.
