Need help with importing real time data feed into excel~

Hello guys, I isn't sure is this the right place to post for help but I am really desperate in need of it.

I have this online trading platform that uses an .ocx file to get live data feed from the data provider.

I want to import this live data into excel so that I can manipulate it instead of just having it displayed on the website.

I had tried the import external data from web option under data tab but it can't work.

I hope anyone that is good with the excel can help me out with this, gazillion thanks in advance~
