Need help with getting Historical data in QT

I have been using Med Ved Quote Tracker for some time to study the markets. There is a feature in QT to view the Historical data of a particular stock. (There are many other features too) But this seems to be not working. It gives the reply ' Data not available' Can someon e help me to set things right.
