Need help with Alfa Laval India Ltd.

Hi forum,
I have few shares on Alfa Laval India ltd but recently (Feb 2012) the company has delisted and started buying back the shares.
What are the options available with me..?
Can i sell the shares back to company if yes, what is the procedure or any other options?
The shares are in physical format.. Please help and advise.
