My trading software gets disconnected frequently

bought a new router TPlink but still bsnl bb giving problems. I asked bsnl employees to check wiring in my place but they are not listening , sarkari babus.

If the wires are exposed to rain, there may be fungus, check the connection box as well and perhaps clean the wire. Please file an online support request with BSNL, those are tracked and I think they are supposed to resolve within 48 hours.

you cant lodge another complaint as your previous complaint is still pending which was made few years ago . jai ho bsnl
