MY PC and net are very slow-help me solve

I was facing the same problem , I have done the following things -

1) Most probably it's virus attack
2) Scan your machine properly with good anti-virus
3) I removed unwanted applications
4) Daily deleting cookies and offline webdata, temprorary internet files
5) Check your modem too
6) Using Airtel broadband 256 kbps(799 rs per month) with airtel spyware antivirus software one year plan ... they are updating then and then and moreover it's one time payment... risk free internet operation

Better install NOT a free anti-virus kit, buy it.It costs few rupees.
I have Kaspersky, which costed me 900/- for 3 PCs (I do not have
that many) for one year.

Anti-Virus program, by its inherent nature, by its design it would take noticeable resources of your CPU, BUS and RAM.

If one is sure that the comp is not for any other work, but official work, then unscanned pendrives, unauthorized websites, Client to Client s/ws all are kept at bay... just trading related software(s), XP (one doesnt even need SPs). Hence, no virus and no resources hungry programs.

Then the computer will work as if you are having the latest machine on the planet. I am saying that. I, who has an underclocked Celeron for a CPU and 256 MB Ram!!

It's a proven method and its hassle free
