I thought you meant your long crude positional is intact and the you exited the short hedge out. (leaving the positional alone)

Yes, exactly.
I have been selling10/15 hedging mini lots for small points. I go in and out of hedge in waves as per smaller tf of 5/15 min. My long position is intact. No exit on 1 hr chart yet towards positional lot.

i just exited my positional @ 3770. chart show a resistance here. better take a loss here as i see divergence on my charts and a sideways or downward move probability for today. big boys taking it up for the inventory drop later i suspect.
got a friend dropping by so will not be able to monitor the same - another reason to walk out. not bad i guess. exited with 6000 loss. my hedges made me some 4500 - so effective loss will be about 1500 or so approx.

will trade tomorrow.

maybe a long wait before clarity in crude, waiting will be long i suspect until a decisive break on either side..
