You need another graphics card, so total 2 graphics card. Use 2 outputs from each.

Otherwise use 2 outputs from the Zotak Graphics card and get a USB external display adapter to connect the 3rd monitor. Using external USB adapter will also help you to connect you laptop to 3rd display, in case you need it in future.

But as I read somewhere they say this external USB lag ??

I am using mix of analog + digital signal for my setup
My primary one is vga and second screen on HDMI
Check nvidia control panel
