Metastock - missing MACD histogram

hi,
i have just installed Metastock 8 and found that MACD histogram is missing.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Metastock but MACD histogram is still missing.
anybody knows how to solve this problem?

MACD Histogram is a custom indicator.

The custom formula for the MACD Histogram is:

MACD()-Mov(MACD(),9,E)

whats MS80FORM.DTA for ?
i think this file is corrupted
