Maximum Intra day margin exposure with least brokerage available for a client

Dear sir,
Can some one guide
1)which broker/brokerage house gives the maximum intra day exposoure to its clients and
2)which broker/brokerage house charges the least(minimum) brokerage for intra day squared up deals?
3)which broker/brokerage house is the best to choose for intra day trades?

all of them give atleast 4-5 times but it's always risky to go above it even if u have small capital anythin above 4-5 times will be very very risky......
