LTCG STCG ON MUTUAL FUND SWITCH

Good day,


I would like to know if I switch from regular plan to direct plan..same foilo..same scheme..just regular to direct.
What all taxes applicable? How and who needs to file taxes and TDS?
I can see capital gain statement but I have to declare for this FY?
I have and NRI status and all funds are NRI REPATRIATION.
