Lowest Brokerage or Lowest Break-Even Point ?

Hey guys?

Why most of us (traders) do talk about 'Lowest Brokerage' only. Why not to speak about lowest break-even point instead?

Brokers like Tradeplus, My valuetrade, SAS, Astha or Alice have huge hidden charges, but brokerage is on lower side:annoyed:

This is kind-a trap for retail traders in my opinion

So why do we open account with them?

Who is the most transparent Broker in India?

What should be the lowest break-even points for following most active scripts in India?

(a) Nifty Futures
(b) Nifty Options
(c) Bank Nifty Futures
(d) Bank Nifty Options
(e) Gold Mega Lot
(f) Gold Mini Lot
(g) Silver Mega Lot
(h) Silver Mini Lot
(i) Crude Mega Lot
(j) Crude Mini Lot
(k) Natural Gas Mega lot
(l) Natural Gas Mini Lot
(m) Equities trading volume based on Delivery.
(n) Equities trading volume based on Intraday.
(o) Currency Trading.

Some other trading aspects we need to keep a track while opening an account with a broker/trading with a broker.

(p) Demat Maintenance Charges.
(q) Demat Transaction Charges.
(r) Account Opening Charges (All Segments)
(s) Software Charges (if any).
(t) Call & Trade Charges (if any)
(u) Stamp Duties.
(v) Any other charges (If any).

I have shortlisted 25 brokers and after my own research shall publish the report here within couple of months. If anyone can help me in this matter it will be great help for me, as being an active trader, I gotta time on weekend only.

If you see the Sheet bpr has prepared on broker comparison mostly the transaction or turnover along with stamp charges differ. Those can be enquired. In your opinion what hidden charges does myvaluetrade, asthma and sas have? If we know under what head they are charging we can enquire further

please input your trade types in BPR excel with hidden or not hidden you will know.if i do 2 tardes every 1hour theris almost 20 trades per day even if it is 10 pts or 7 pts for gold crude ng... and i am doing it

thanks BPR for the wonderfull excel,, the charges are per day....for 20 days one can calculate agressive intrday,not forget crude and ng on wednseday and thursday inventory time....
