Live NSE/BSE feed for Live charts and heatmaps

I am trying to implement website graphs, charts and heatmap for NSE and BSE live.
I am new to this assignment. Can anybody guide me here?
1. I find live data is available through excel.
2. How can I provide live charts/graphs/heatmaps using Excel file in realtime to website with large user base?
XML feed with API or web server would be ideal option.

Any suggestions?

You may use VBA or their are many softwares available which support presenting excel charts online.
