Live audio feed of Budget

Dear all,

Does anybody know where can I get live audio feed of India's general budget to be presented on 28th February (i.e. tomorrow). Bandwidth might be an issue. Hence, I would prefer audio feed. If audio feed is not available, video feed will also do.

Is http://budgetlive.nic.in/ reliable for webcast and how slow is it?
