present some important points on EMA...


Why we use EMA ???

1.Trend

2.Value

3.Entry

4.Stoploss

1.Trend...

In the trading system which is 21 ,55 ,100 EMA with price action...

Let us discuss all the three....

Among the 3 EMA's ................100EMA is the Trend EMA...

When price is above EMA trend is UP and Below trend is DOWN

see the chart below

2.Value point:

Each time the price reach's the EMA we can assume a fair value to the instrument..for thing of entries.. i have market this points in above chart

3.ENTRY

A) Above EMA for buy and sell

B) Cross over of EMA for buy and sell
