L&T share value fluctuations

Hi everybody,

I just joined the forum. I am fascinated by the performance of Engineering gaint L&T. I understand that it has good buisiness and good work force. But, its stock prices change very rapidly. Is it because of its good performance or is it just speculation? I want to know.
