Kotak Securities - What does trading preference (CDS/Cash) mean?

Hi,


In the form there are options to tick "Trading Preferences": BSE Cash, NSE Cash, BSE F&O, NSE F&O, BSE CDS and NSE CDS. Which should i tick?
Also is something missing? I want ETF trading and e-Gold/Silver trading to be available in my account. Where will they fit in the above options?
