Is abnormal spike in premium during pre-market trading significant?

Look at Nifty 5800 CE price today - high of 33 which is over 3 times the low of today of 9.75..

Comparatively the difference between high-low prices of other nifty strike prices is only about 1.5 times.

Is there any significance to this or am I reading too much into it? :confused:
