एक गरीब युवक, अपनी गरीबी से परेशान होकर, अपना जीवन समाप्त करने नदी पर गया, वहां एक साधू ने उसे ऐसा करने से रोक दिया। साधू ने, युवक की परेशानी को सुन कर कहा, कि मेरे पास एक विद्या है, जिससे ऐसा जादुई घड़ा बन जायेगा जो भी इस घड़े से मांगोगे, ये जादुई घड़ा पूरी कर देगा, पर जिस दिन ये घड़ा फूट गया, उसी समय, जो कुछ भी इस घड़े ने दिया है, वह सब गायब हो जायेगा। अगर तुम मेरी 2 साल तक सेवा करो, तो ये घड़ा, मैं तुम्हे दे सकता हूँ और, अगर 5 साल तक तुम मेरी सेवा करो, तो मैं, ये घड़ा बनाने की विद्या तुम्हे सिखा दूंगा।
बोलो तुम क्या चाहते हो?
युवक ने कहा, महाराज मैं तो 2 साल ही आप की सेवा करना चाहूँगा, मुझे तो जल्द से जल्द, बस ये घड़ा ही चाहिए, मैं इसे बहुत संभाल कर रखूँगा, कभी फूटने ही नहीं दूंगा।
इस तरह 2 साल सेवा करने के बाद, युवक ने वो जादुई घड़ा प्राप्त कर लिया, और अपने घर पहुँच गया। उसने घड़े से अपनी हर इच्छा पूरी करवानी शुरू कर दी, महल बनवाया, नौकर चाकर मांगे, सभी को अपनी शान शौकत दिखाने लगा, सभी को बुला-बुला कर दावतें देने लगा और बहुत ही विलासिता का जीवन जीने लगा, उसने शराब भी पीनी शुरू कर दी और एक दिन नशें में, घड़ा सर पर रख नाचने लगा और ठोकर लगने से घड़ा गिर गया और फूट गया. घड़ा फूटते ही सभी कुछ गायब हो गया,
अब युवक सोचने लगा कि काश मैंने जल्दबाजी न की होती और घड़ा बनाने की विद्या सीख ली होती, तो आज मैं, फिर से कंगाल न होता।
“ईश्वर हमें हमेशा 2 रास्ते पर रखता है एक आसान – जल्दी वाला और दूसरा थोडा लम्बे समय वाला, पर गहरे ज्ञान वाला, ये हमें चुनना होता है की हम किस रास्ते पर चलें”
” कोई भी काम जल्दी में करना अच्छा नहीं होता, बल्कि उसके विषय में गहरा ज्ञान आपको अनुभवी बनाता है “

TEN WAYS TO BE A TRADER NOT A GAMBLER
1. Trade based on the probabilities NOT the potential profits.
2. Trade small position sizes based on your account NEVER put your whole account at risk of ruin.
3.Trade a plan NOT emotions.
4. Always enter a trade with an edge that can be defined DO NOT trade with entries that are only opinions.
5. Trade based on quantifiable facts NOT opinions.
6. Trade after extensive research on what works and what does not. Don’t trade in ignorance.
7. Trade with the correct position sizing since risk management is your number one priority and profits are secondary concern.
8. Trade in a way that eliminates any chance of financial ruin NOT to get rich quick.
9.Trade with discipline and focus DO NOT change the way you trade suddenly due to winning or losing streaks.
10. Trade in the present moment and DO NOT get biased due to old wins or losses.
The question is what side of the market are you operating on? Are you with the majority who gamble and lose their money or are you with the minority acting as the casino picking up the profits that the gamblers consistently lose?
