Intraday trading in INTERACTIVE BROKERS

Hi folks, all my orders in Interactive Brokers are being placed as Delivery trades. Is there any way to switch them to Intraday trades ? I am talking about Zerodha equivalent of MIS and CNC trades.

For example they have posted it here https://www.interactivebrokers.co.in/en/index.php?f=1363, but do they provide options for both intraday and delivery ?

There is no separate order type.If you dont close before 3:30 PM.Then you have to take delivery.

Delivery trades have higher transaction cost than intraday trades, 0.10 percent per round trip. Then. IB is no useful.

I think you have till next day to settle. Like BTST.

And it is not 3.30 pm. IB waits only till 3.20 pm before it automatically squares your short trades and then penalises you for not doing it yourself.
