Who is NSE equity cash/spot best real time data provider with previous closing settlement price ?

Hows Indiabulls and whats its website link ?

I had account with them in year 2004-2007 but now they have worst/Costly services.
Very high brokerage and their software PIB is also not upto mark.
Also their terminal has no support for extracting live data feed from it.
