I am joining this forum today to exchange my views with the investing community and gain from their experience as well as share my experience with everyone there. I hope, this should be mutually beneficial.
As a first query, i shall like to know if any one can guide me about investment in Prithvi Information. The company seems to be doing - not bad, but the stock seems to be beaten up. Whether there are any corporate governance issues - someone is aware. I could see that FIIs have been reducing their exposure to this stock in the recent quarters - can any one tell why.
For June quarter, EPS is about Rs. 10, while its BV is over Rs. 200. Still it trades at Rs. 76.
Shall be thankful, if anyone can give some useful information - since i am proposing to invest in this but am not sure, why it is so badly beaten up.
