I would like your opinion regarding the recent SEBI circular
.
Though the pledging of shares will be useful data, i still find that the quarterly financial statements are incomplete (only a P&L statement doesnt make sense to me!!!).
If the companies are able to provide a P&L statement on a quaterly basis they should be able to provide the balance sheet and the cash flow statement on a quarterly basis too. This increases transparency, and the investor knows what the company is actually doing.
