Here is how IIFL cheats its clients

REcently some of my close friends found their option brokerage charge suddenly shot up to 50 per lot from 10 or 15 as agreed earlier by IIFL.
IIFL SUDDENLY FOUND A CHEATING STRATEGY.
They located some accounts where customers are not daily checking contract notes and where e mail address of clients changed and they themselves increased rates 3 or 4 times. Thereby the tradrs who made profits lost money just by way of deduction by iifl as brokerage.
The intraday brokerage was found by some traders at 0.05 instead of 0.015 or 0.02. IIFL never informed any ofthe clients before resorting to such illegal and unlawful act.
stealing clients money without his prior information is a crime.
In short IIFL is doing what mobile companies like UNINOR AND IDEA DO.
iF YOU ARE a uninor or idea subscriber you find your balance is zero becoz without your klnowledge they themselves subscribed to love ki tips,love dispensary and what the heck. moreover idea came up with a better idea-they subscribe to these schemes one week early and as soon as you recharge your balance disappears by presexisting love tips subscription. you call customer service and they say our system is down now call after 6 hours etc.
IIFL IS A master at this game if you are an IIFL customer they surely take your money by unlawful means. by wrong charghes wrong brokerages,increaee of brokerage by 3 times in midnight etc.
please report such crimes.

Check the contract note if you cant,close your iifl account and go to other brokers -cdeq or zerdha etc
