ICICI Direct - 0.015% Brokerage Unlimited Derivatives Trading

There is an advertisement in the back of the envelopes and statements received from ICICI Direct recently. Does anyone have info on this?

"0.015% Brokerage - Unlimited Derivatives Trading for as low as 1.5 Paise per Rs. 100/- *conditions apply"

But this scheme is not available on their website. I called up the helpdesk, and they have no idea of this.

I am being offered 0.03% on Fut trading
BUT
in Options it is 100 per contract (one side) which is very high compared to Rs 40/- per contract (one side) I am getting elsewhere.

I have following options Asit C. Mehta 0.1 % for futures 0.04 % for religare , 0.03% at Angel . Which broker will you recommend in terms of service and brokerage ?
