ICICI Demat Account... Help!!!

Hi all,

I have just made my account on this site nd this is my first post.
I wanted to invest in equities but i dont have any demat account .
I want to open an new demat account. Can anyone please suggest me any good account for long run.
Also suggest some equities to invest for in the begining (20-20k).
