oh...ok...sorry buddy...my troubleshooting skills have met a deadend! ;)

while you are stuck, lemme know if you need any particular chart for any period from icharts site...will send it across to you...

EDIT: just to be sure...are you clicking on charts(premium) after loggin in? although the word premium is confusing, it is available to us free members...
