since november there is a great problem for high end eod data downloader programs available here
so untill solution is found one can convert bhavcopy by simply renaming filenames using following files
users of another automatic downloader may found this is a basic version but untill solution comes one
has to use this one to update its day to day bhavcopy
you can add indices data at the end of bhavcopy which will also get updated
the procedure is .....
copy this folder in c:\ drive

step-1
copy "any date bhavcopy" in this folder and rename it as bhavcopy and it should be of csv file format type
overwrite?
click yes
--------------
open another automatically converted "now open me and save copy as csv comma delimited" file
to open and view this csv file you should enable all file types for excel
save copy of it as "any name here done and file type of "csv comma delimited"
it is done and use that final file as source file for metastock converter to update
your daily prices

forget about date warning after conversion it comes only due to that i have kept
15 more cells for future conversion
converted data is errorless you can trust it

note keep in mind that now open me ...file should not be changed but another copy of it should
be saved on your computer
as this file is usefull for next day use
