How many years did you trade before 'U'

I had started trading 3 years back and lost 25k in matter of 6-7 days, off-course no money management, nothing only my instinct. :lol: and fear..

After that I just stopped watching market for almost 2 years(though rarely will look in the market and will regret sometime I should have done some investment etc). Then last year got married and somehow the interest in market started again. Still trying to understand the market. So I just give 30mins to 2 hours everyday simply watching the market move.. and occasionally trying some paper trade in equity for which I mostly loose interests. 2 months back, I finally decided that I will not trade in any share, but only in Nifty futures/Options, when I get into trading again. As my paper trades(or guesses) always have more success in nifty. Then after doing some paper tradings in nifty and options now inclined to do only option trading.

So since starting of this months I'm trying various strategies in option pair trading based on the current market prices... Now probably will need 2-3 months or much more before I take a plunge into trading again. :annoyed:

Anyway - Long story short, I have wasted too much money on things which I can't explain here. But I'm not getting the confidence of coming back in trading after the first shock of 25k loss..

Another point(for those who believes in astrology)- My Janm Kundali says Not to enter in any business related to Speculations or Gambling. :lol: , So not sure what my fate decides for me.

Also need make my daily routine stable as well. Thats a big task.
