Dear sansat6699,

Real estate sector is going to face severe correction upto 50% lvl which has already started.Now govt is artificially creating demand by way of reducing housing loan interst to safeguard so many banks whose ara all funded even upto 100% at peak time,now they are in bad shape.But govts effort will not succeed because real demand has gone out.Real demand came from It sector whics is under downward.So 2009 will be worst year for real estate sector.
