Only recently I've been able to check my trades online and to my shock I've discovered that they have traded without my permission Options and Futures. The local agent claims that I gave him verbal permission, which I did not.... not instead of a huge credit balance that I was expecting, I have pretty close to zero in my account..... can you help me with the following: What is the best way to complain and get my money back? This activity is pretty recent (in the last few months), and I don't even have a current email address to complain to 5Paisa, or a current phone number (Chennai). Can you please help?
