Hello everyone...Found this forum while searching for "opening trading account in India". I'm staying in US currently and would like to open a trading account in India. Would like to know which site offers trading platform for NRI's? Please let me know. TIA.

I would also appreciate some inputs here. I've heard about India Bulls but don't have enough information to compare with other brokers.

Most known online brokers don't allow trading account for people living in US. Your choices are to trade through an account in the name of a relative in India, or open a PIS account - but thats for investments and not trading.

Religare is okay, I have heard positive about IndiaBulls too. ICICIDirect is unreliable for daytrading. I am sure you can find more information in broker specific threads on traderji.
