Help required in filtering stocks based on certain criteria

#1
Dear friends,
Is there a way by which I can filter out stocks at the end of each day based on certain conditions by writing some macro or something like that.

I'm using FCharts so would help if someone can help in filtering out data in FCharts. For eg. One of the criteria based on which I would like filter to identify stocks is:

1. Previous day's close < Previous day's open (red candle)
2. Stock > 5% up today at closing price
3. Today's closing price > Today's opening price

Thanks in advance.

Hey,
I don't know the answer to your queries, but I think you have some misunderstanding about the red candle.

Red candle is when opening is greater than closing. The closing may be higher than previous close!

Ex: ABC closed on Monday at 50. On Tuesday, it opened an 54 and closed at 52. This is will produce red candle on Tuesday even though its is 4% up!

ha ha ha...can't stop laughing brother ...
I said "Previous day's close < Previous day's open" ......not able to understand how is this different from what you are saying " opening is greater than closing".
If close < open, this obviously means open greater than close....exactly what you're saying.

Let me know what's your confusion here?
