Help: Ispat 0.01% cumulative preference shares

I hold 0.01% cumulative redeemable preference shares of Ispat Industries. As per the merger news which was announced a few months back, I understand that the same was to be converted to equity shares. Well I did not hear any further communication after that. I was trying to get in touch with the guys there but no response. Any update here will be of great help to me. Thanks in advance..
