Hello Excel gurus,

Cell A1 has data that keeps changing over time, and I would like to record this data, on the same spreadsheet. From time 8am to 5pm. Can anyone help me please?

Time Data
08:00 100
08:30 150
..
17:00 102

a macro can be recorded and made to run automatically @ desired interval so that it will copy the value and then paste somewhere you want
