Help..How to modify order in icici

Hi.
I am suffering from strange problem in icicidirect.
Once I placed order in option..eg. powrgrid 170 CA 2.00..once I submit the order, I can not change/modify/cancel..
Also I am having same problem If I want to squareoff..once I place order, I can not modify/cancel for the same day...

Does anyone has some views on it..

(PS: I can modify/cancel in equity easily without any problem)

HI,

First is to call their Helpdesk and ask..And the final way is to leave ICICI direct and open an act in any of good brokers..Do u know what brokerage u are paying when u are using ICICI DIRECT act ..Some brokers are giving .03(day) & 25 paise (delivery)..
I WAS WITH ICICI direct...I FEEL U WILL MAKE THE BANK REACH AND YOURSELF POOR...
This is my personal advice...GOIN for brokers like Indiabulls/Sharekhan/GEOJIT/any other good where u will make money not only the brokers..(PERSONAL opinion..REQUEST ADVICE FROM SENIORS..)
