Hi,
Everyday morning 9:15 am I see some large caps zoom 2-4% and do not give an opportunity for retail investor to do intraday at lower levels. Advisors recommend buy at lower levels with stop loss, but it is too late. I am looking for a situation where I hold the stock before price zooms during pre-open session. This can happen only when I buy 1 day before in cash segment and hope the price goes up next day. But if I want to sell on T+1 day, I cannot because are delivered only on T+2 day.
If I place margin buy order, convert to cash and hold for T+5 days till y target price is achieved, I can take advantage of upside during pre-open, but then I have to pay higher brokerage & taxes as if this is bought in cash segment.
Then, how are big players like Sudharshan Chokani, Ambareesh Baliga, etc. make profits during pre-open?
Please clarify.
