I try for imbalance and footprint chart with EOD data but its not showing up .Only candle stick charts are showing. If someone using it please enlighten me how to proceed . i also not found any help or chat button there.

I can see the footprint data on GC chart for intraday timeframes (minutes/hours) - not on daily and above timeframes using chart type as Imbalance or Cluster..
