India has had this concept for decades now. The airbase at Chennai (then Madras) has a grounded airplane converted to a restaurant. Best Dosa, served with a side of small bowl of desi ghee !!

Disclaimer : I had a dosa there in 1973, so this information may be outdated :D

I really doubt if people went there only for the Dosa TP sir... ;)
It is at the airforce station (Meenambakam or Trambakam, I don't remember which) and for the armed forces personnel only. My uncle was stationed there. So the people went there for the dosa, not the aircraft :)
