Sirf vaccines hi nahi sir, I read recently about bulk drugs, APIs, intermediates - China accounts for 68% of India's pharma imports.
Nevertheless, no matter who invents the vaccine, all countries will invoke some form of compulsory licencing to bypass IPRs, and then only Chindia will have the capability of massively scaling up to provide globally, being the biggest suppliers of cheap generics. There is no escaping this reality.

Unfortunately India imports its vaccines from china. Almost all pharma imports raw materials from China specially for antibodies
I think only the API (raw material) is imported from China. API = Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient
The final product is manufactured (mixed and packaged) in India :)

As of 27-May-2020 EOD : India is still in the TOP 10 on the World Chart, soon India will be on the top 5 .. top 3 and then topmost at No 1.

As per forecast (by June 1) .. India is now at 7th position globally :)
Today .. India has done a long jump and high jump by 2 ranks, from 9 to 7 in a single day !!!
