Ok, the banks' money is with the RBI, but what about the money spent on kirana, milk, medicines etc ? There must be a lot of cash simply hoarded.

So much has been said on return of migrants (labour) to their native places
but I am unable to understand why they want to do so even after travelling long distances (1000+ kms) on foot (or by transport mode). I mean why they are so adamant.
What behind all this. Is there a possibility that some groups are, misleading or instigating these migrant labours to do so.

how come (in Delhi) the Covid cases (not talking of deaths) are on the rise but hotspots (containment zones) came down to 83 from 100 last week
