The failed test alone shouldn't be of any cause, they've been conducting many tests, some successful and some failing which is part of their R&D. US sending a USS Destroyer in the region is what's provocative and China has also stopped flights to NK so the tension is only just escalating.

IMHO there are hundreds of reasons working simultaneously to make market move wherever it moves, so talking in terms of single reasons is of no use There are always reasons for move we will never know, so for a technical trader its of no use to try to figure reasons
