Can you please show how you identify it as discount.. what is being compared to what ?

@Raj232 , traders, I think even though the CE are down, maybe a safe trade would be buy PE on close above 21ema on 15 min.

When that signal comes, then for trading one can switch to 3/1 min (1 min as per Varunkochhar's strategy of OBV).
