it seems a major fire. first safety team to asses. then process to step in to see what are the items to be replaced . contractors to be fixed. price to be negotiated . procurement / fabrication of items , transport the same and install. then testing , commissioning .. length procedure .. even on urgent basis they take minimum one year for sure .
