I placed the same order with zerodha too with a SL of 263.5 which is not executed.
Then how is it possible to execute at a price of 263.80? Without touching 263.50.
I am totally fed up with you guys.
You still have the order issues.
Though you have a better platform, the issues will kill the trader trading with you.
Today because of this my loss is Rs. 4250.
Who will bear this?

@nrmkvl, I assure you that there is no issue with the order execution with regards to your order. Even if you placed the exact same order with another broker, their execution mechanism is also the same. Ultimately, it will sit on the exchange's order book and will be matched when there are offers. Maybe there is a difference in time when you placed both the orders with different brokerage platforms.
I will say this again:
This is the exchange's fault! They didn't send us & other brokers the correct data in OHLC. Even their own website doesn't show the LTP of 263.8 during the time. Our data matches with the exchange so there's no issue with that either. Today, I have personally spoken to the MCX support team and have taken up the issue seriously and asked them how they can be so casual about showing incorrect prices. Did you know that the exchange doesn't even send OHLC data? Such price spikes which get traded due to a big order or something should be sent to the brokers so that they can show it on their platform on the charts. If they don't send it, then what are we to do?
Please note that we are concerned about such things and your best interests are in our mind. That is why we take so much personal interest in such matters. If you really want to reclaim your losses, then please write to MCX or please wait for their reply as we have communicated with them asking them for a clear reply.
You can check the difference in volumes during 12:51 PM. There was a spike and I have written about it on the chart below.
