That option as pointed out in the image above gives you access to 1)COMPARE 2) ADD SYMBOL.
Both options allow for overlay but with COMPARE you are restricted to using Line Charts while with ADD SYMBOL you can visualize your chart in the form of candles, bars, hollow, line, area, baseline.

this is fine.. but not able to find that in fyersone
That's true! Our efforts are focused on FYERS Web and we will continue to prioritize the web in the future. We are implementing more features which are available on FYERS One on the web. Some of them are available in the right-click menu. We have written about them on our notice board as follows:
  1. https://fyers.in/notice-board/new-features-on-fyers-web/
  2. https://fyers.in/notice-board/corporate-action-widget-fyers-web/

1. Cant we have a single account for Equities and Commodities. Why Do we need to put money separately in Equity Account for Share Trading and Commodities Account .It often happens that we have a opportunity in Gold or Crude but we cant trade as funds lying in Equity Account and it cant be used to trade in Commodities . Any Solutions to this ?

2. How long to have the new Backoffice ?

3. Do we have any Plan to Introduce Market Profile to either Web or Desktop
@FYERS_Team has replied to this already but I'd like to address point No.1 and let you know that it is not plain and simple to merge both the equities and commodities trading account. There are various reasons for that:
  • Cross-utilization of funds by a client between exchanges (For example, Equity & MCX) and segments can result in penalties which will be debited from the trading client trading account.
  • When you transfer funds into equities and then use the same amount for commodities trading, MCX has not received those funds as you by the rule of thumb, we will give credit to one particular segment at our end but positions have been taken by the client. A series of interchanging positions between equities and commodities will give rise to a lot fo compliance-related questions to the best of our understanding so far.
  • Settlement timings are different, the market closes at different times and hence, it is not that easy.
  • It will complicate payouts.
  • Exchanges do not provide enough clarity about it and thus leave a grey area. We can be innovative and implement it but during exchange audits and regular supervision, they can easily raise objections as they have not given anything in writing as such.
Hope you understand. When there is more clarity, we will implement it. It's all about playing safe.
