NOTE: Check before investing

Its has been rollercoster ride at the markets since
last week. I hope most of you must have made right
decisions in the market.

I have been analysing some companies; around 42 of
them which I feel are worth holding for a long term at
these levels.
They offer a good margin of saftey and one can add
more quantities of these at every market fall, thus
growing your portfolio.

Further one can have a diversified portfolio with good
holdngs.

This Evaluation based on some common parameters.
I don't vouch for accuracy of the data but I have
taken care of recent bonus issues and stock splits in
most of them.
Further shares float has been calculated as Net
Profit/EPS, which may not be accurate.

As legendry investor Warren Buffet states: "Its better
to be approximately right rather be precisely wrong".

Neverthless it gives one decent amount of data to
start with and one can further dig into the financials
of the companies that he finds promising.

RECENT ANLAYSIS : PAST NEWS
13.09.2005 : JBF Industries Ltd has informed that the members
at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on
September 10, 2005, have given their consent to the Board of
Directors of the Company to execute the Joint Venture Agreement with
Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority to set a project to manufacture
PET Polymer Resins in Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah as stated in the
notice of the meeting.
15.09.2005 : Mumbai: Polyester chips maker JBF Industries has
teamed up with Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority to set up a
polyester PET resin packaging chips plant in the Emirate of Ras Al
Khaimah. The cost of the plant would be around $84 million. The
plant will have a production capacity of 600 tonne of SSP chips per
day and 300 tonne of polyester film per day, the officials added.
The proposed unit, which is also the maiden Indian unit in the
Emirate, will cater to the US, European Union and Chinese markets.
There are no anti-dumping duties into the targeted markets.
According to officials, the company chose the region because of the
abundance of raw materials even though the plant and machinery for
the unit will be imported from Europe, US and China.Besides, the
project cost in the Emirate is around 20-25 per cent lower compared
with other global destinations mainly on account of better
logistics, absence of duties as it is a free trade zone, low
overheads and no bureaucratic delays. Meanwhile, JBF's existing
production capacity in India is around 120,000 tonne per annum and
the company is setting up a new plant for manufacturing polyester
chips. The latter, involving an investment of Rs 1.5 billion, will
have an output capacity of 216,000 tonne per annum and will be
operational by January.
