Also you can feed Metastock with ManshiRT in online mode using Metaserver.That is a much better option.

what is ManshriRT ? i never heard of this. pls guide

how and what changes to be made in DDE configs ?

if you have time pls add screen prints which will be useful.

Open Metastock and Go to file --- New --- Security
And create symbols that you have in the excel sheet , Open Metastock in online mode abd select this folder for realtime updates. All symbols will show in metaserver.

All is well but Remove Metastock Refresher & use Metastocks original realtime
cofiguration so that can we do not bour more, if you want examples search GCI
MT4 on google download it & look option of DDE Server (windows dynamice data
Exchange) , its working with Metaserver RT 2.0 Windows DDE version.......... By
the way you are on right way your latest version is too good & too many members
are joined also, now its time to make money..................ALL THE

One help is required on accessing Intraday data of Metastock from network PC.

I have data being downloaded on my PC during mkt hrs from my datavendor. Now i want to access that from another PC which is in network. I am able to access it & able to open the charts in metastock. But the candles are not getting refreshed. I tried to refresh manually through refresh button & also through metastock refresher. But the candles are not getting refreshed.

Pl help me to sort out this issue.

Malhotra I downloaded = Metaserver2.
Excel sheet = DDE
Excel sheet is fetching data. Same data is updating in Meta Server.
I made following configurations---
"Open ReAl-Time configuration -(Tick) Replace vendor trade volume with calculated change in volume
(Tick) Replace vendor supplied time with computer generated time

Open Metastock Downloader ---File---New Security---
Choose the folder where you want your data stored"

I created a security file in downloader = TATASTEEL.NS.
Again I created a security file through Metastock = ^NSEI.
But when I open Meta Stock professional It dont start in online mode. I have to start that in offline mode only. Daata is not updating in Meta Stock.

I shall be very glad if u guide step by step. If there is any dll issue or configuration please mention.

I also downloaded Meta Server 3.2 from rapid share but the rar file is password protected. Can u help in this matter also.
