it is a forex broker. they are broker in Forex OTC market. or you can say currency cash.
THE NSE instruments on the other hand are all futures product and is Exchange regulated.
Forex OTC market is unregulated anybody can create setup their brokerage with minimal fund and effort.
Most of the forex brokerage is Market Maker and not even ECN. Meaning they don't even have liquidty providers and they just take the other side of you hoping that you will loose.
Onada is Market Maker with some good reputation.
I will suggest you to stick with Exchange and exchange related product be it NSE or Some US exchnage and spare the Forex OTC market as it is not worth it unless you know what you are doing.
